How do you get a cat to stop looking for a nipple?

We have had our for about 5 months and got him when he was 7 weeks old from a lady getting rid of kittens on the internet. I'm starting to think he either wasn't weaned properly or weaned too early. We have a fuzzy blanket that he always goes to looking and starts sucking on like he's trying to find a nipple. I thought it would pass when he never found one but he's still doing it. How do I get him to stop?
