How do you get cats milk?

I found these baby bunnies outside 4 of them were dead and 2 looked okay. They're only a couple of days old, their eyes aren't even open yet. I didn't want to leave them outside because it was about to rain. I think the mother abandon them. When I called the humane society they said they would probably die but to try feeding them cats milk with a baby bottle. Does anyone know if I can get that at a store. I feel so helpless.
