How do you get Meet&Greet tickets for All Time Low?

All Time Low has been my favorite band for a few years now and I really want to meet them so I was going to get M&G tickets for their fall tour with Hit The Lights. I know you probably have to be in the Hustler Club.. which I'm not but I should be soon and I was just wondering if you could buy like VIP tickets and it includes M&G. I've been told that its like they pick random people to go to the M&G and that's how it works but I'm not sure!
