Mind you I clean up after my dog but occasionally one gets missed. How can I melt down this snow quickly to get the poo out and just leave the grass or a thin layer. I have about shovelled all I can. Its an ice mound now... any hints? The reason Im asking is because if the HOA sees ONE pile of poo its a 50$ fine PER pile... I HATE CONDO ASSOCIATIONS!!!! but thats another story...
