I live in wisconsin and we have been battered with feet of snow in the city well now all the piles of snow that have been shoveled from my walk are turning into ice mounds and piles of dog turds are starting to show. Mind you I clean up after my dog but occasionally one gets missed. How can I melt down this snow quickly to get the poo out and just leave the grass or a thin layer. I have about shovelled all I can. Its an ice mound now... any hints? The reason Im asking is because if the HOA sees ONE pile of poo its a 50$ fine PER pile... I HATE CONDO ASSOCIATIONS!!!! but thats another story... Thanks in advance for the help
