How do you get the ceremonial saddle or the letter of introduction in Sorority Life?

Ok so, I have had these three or four quests just sitting there and I can't do them cuz I don't have the right equipment. I need a letter of introduction to complete one, and a ceremonial saddle to complete the other but I just haven't seen anywhere to get those in the glam store or in any of the other quests like ya normally do. I really want the horse, somebody help!!!

On the left side of the screen, it shows what you need to be able to complete the next level. To get the show horse you have to start at the bottom of the page and work through all the quest like work at stable, etc.

Letter of introduction has to be won and that is random.
