I can't just take it off (evidently I've given that a go and it hasn't worked) and i don't want to force it in case it breaks (there aren't heaps of replacement face plates for sale in New Zealand). Any tips/hints/instructions? And no, it isn't in the manual.</p></blockquote><p></p>
