How do you get to speak to a "live" person rather online or phone from directv?
I have a late bill that needed to be paid and my hubby accidentally paid the wrong bill b/c we have Charter for internet and they also do cable.Needless to say I was in the hospital having an open major back surgery at the time, in which i usually pay the bills, and was in the hospital for 5 days. I tried to call them to make an payment arrangement and it's all automated and no one and I mean no one will talk to me about it until the whole thing is paid.So can anyone tell me how to get in contact with a "live" person to try and straighten this out. I don't care if I talk to someone online or on the phone.Any help would appreciated, especially being I am bed bound for 6 weeks with this surgery.
