How do you get WAP settings on a Nokia 6300 on the Rogers Network?

I bought a Nokia 6300 from overseas and brought it back here to use on the Rogers network. It works perfectly fine on the network but I can't get WAP on it. Rogers has given me the settings to input into the phone but I do not know where the settings are suppose to be input. Can someone please help me and tell me where they are suppose to be put or can someone please give me a website with a tutorial.
