How do you make a song that you got from your PC into a ringtone ont he LG Voyager?

type that in on google and click the website. My friend told me about it, he uses it and says it's great. But he said it takes maybe a day or 12 hours for it to get there. But hey, it still works.
 
I just got a Voyager today and I had problems with my ringtone. The songs from my PC downloaded into my phone just fine but I thought that I was able to make them my ringtones. Can I do that on my phone, and if not, are there any alternatives? (I tried using mxyertones and...I get the message but when I try to recieve them, it fails) :[
