how do you prove that you are really a spiritual being?please do not

mention any concern of any religion?thank? every body who uses his own sources to think and move further in life ,always have the salution of any kind question one might faces. so i find out most of my questions are answered by the really very intellegents peoples. so i respect you all. so please without the help of any one else give your own opinions .thanks.

Just draw a circle on a piece of paper. Sit back and focus your eyes on it. Blink naturally, don't strain. Practicing this technique will reopen your Third Eye, (as daily living tends to close it up, to prevent sensory overload and nervous breakdown). After a while, you will start to see a light around everything. That is the Lifeforce that comes from the Source of Life and creates everything. Once you open up. Use your Third Eye, (minds eye, like you see pictures in your mind), to imagine/see a Light of protection all around you. That will let good spiritual things in, while blocking out negative things.
