How do you put ringtones on the Samsung M350 Seek? And what's with the folders...

...on the microSD card? I have the Samsung M350 Seek and I'd like to know how to put ringtones on here other than through Phonezoo, Because those are really crappy. And what's with the premade folders on the microSD card? Also how do you put wallapapers on it via the microSD? Someone please help!
 
connect ur phone to pc via data cable.
Then copy and paste content in whichever folder u want..
