I have a 2004 Dodge Intrepid. I need to figure out how to replace the clock spring and WHERE TO BUY IT!!! My car's horn isn't working and the airbag light has been on for over two months. There is a slight crackling noise when I turn the wheel. I am pretty sure that its the clock spring, but I need directions on how to fix it and where to get the parts. Thank you!!!!!
