My manager asked me to see if I could figure out how to reprogram our entry locks, as they open without a keycard now and aren't supposed to. I spent forever on hold for tech support before leaving them a voicemail, and the manual they gave us has nothing on troubleshooting, nor does their website. Tesa is now named Onity, but still provides support, in theory, for the Tesa locks - if you can ever get someone on the phone. Any ideas what needs to be done to fix the locks?
