How do you say "how did you travel to ___ on your vacation?" in spanish?

I think it is ¿Cómo fuiste al ____ en tú vacación? I need an answer that would be helpful for a spanish class but not slang. Also wondering if I need to add something about medio de transporte, the method of transportation since that is what I'm asking.

well i think if you're referring to the means of transportation u have to mention it! it seems the same to me also in english, because "how" could also mean if you were on your own, or with sb else, or whatever...

so.. probably "Con cuales medios de transporte viajaste hacia /a /para .....?"
