outside eBay? I contacted a seller to inquire about an item. They replied and mentioned they had items that I ended up being more interested in. They said they want to 'do a paypal invoice". Am I protected in case it goes wrong? (Seller doesn't ship out for instance) Would I have to tell Paypal how I contacted them and would I get banned from PayPal & eBay if I did do an outside transaction? I prefer to do it via eBay. How would you say no without implying "no I don't trust you" since they're trying to save on the outrageous paypal fees.
