uh im not sure if u mean how i myself scream or how your supposed to scream like her.....but i scream loud like her but i guess thats how you should do it too! I <3 FLYLEAF!!!!!

Use your false vocal chords which are higher up than your true vocal chords. They are near the juncture of the head and neck.
It will take some practice.
