how do you send pictures through bluetooth from a strobe to a razor?

i have a pict of my friend that im trying to bluetooth to her phone but i dont know where to go in my strobe to get the picture to send to her through bluetooth?i've gotten our phones to bond but now how do i send the picture plzzz help&give good details! 10 points :)
