How do you set a picture as a screensaver on the LG Rumor??? plz help!?

I can't access my pics on my memory card through anywhere other than my "memory card manager" option in tools. i am trying to set one of my pic as my background pic. i go to settings/display/main screen/screen saver/my albums. once i am at my albums it has the memory card as an option, but it's saying that none of my pics are in it. I know I have the pics on there though because when i am in the card manager, i can look at them. they are under the DCIM folder, but i can't access that. What do i have to do to be able to set a screen saver as one of my pictures. Same things with music. I can't set them as ringtones. I hate this phone!
i ment pictures importet from a pc

well, are you sure that they aren't in the regular folder? I have the rumor lg and u can go onto ur camera and go to settings and u can set it to were when u take the pic. it will send it to the regular folder
