Some sounds are missing when I watch movies because of this. For example, in The Incredibles, when the family is fighting in the dining room, they stop suddenly because they hear the doorbell. On my TV, you can't hear the doorbell because it's in a surround sound speaker from behind or something. It looks like they're stopping for no reason, and it's weird. On other TV's, I can hear the doorbell just fine, but they have surround sound hooked up.Is there any way to make all the surround sound sounds come out of just the TV speakers? Who knows what else I could be missing!</blockquote>
