How do you smoke pills on a dance floor?

I was listening to a dub step mix and one of the tracks had the sample (or quote whatever you want to call it) and the sample said "smoking Pills on the dance floor tonight." What does that mean? do you crush up pills of E and smoke them? On the dance floor? How do you do all that and glorify it at the same time? please explain.
