How do you stop rumors?...?

At school,(middle school), I always get this group of girls to laugh. I do weird things like cross my legs like a girl, and put my pinky up. Now there's rumors going around that I'm gay. I'm afraid that people who I actually care about might here them.
Also there's one about me liking this girl. That girl and her friend were passing notes, and that person likes me. So her friend shouted, "my name LIKES her name!!", and I don't like her. I afraid the girl I do like will here it. The girl I like is the person I actually care about from up there. ^^^

Just ignore rumors. If someone is really your friend, they will ask you before just assuming whatever they hear is true. Don't stoop to their level by starting a rumor, then you'll be no better and no one will believe you anyway because they'll think you're just retaliating. If you like a girl, talk to her. You can start conversation and get a feel for whether she's into you or not without actually asking her out. If the girl you don't like asks you out, politely let her know that it's not personal, but you're into someone else right now. I promise the rumor mill is always moving, so just wait it out, and pretty soon (unfortunately) they'll be some other rumor wiping out all memory of the previous one.

Start a rumor about you kissing another girl (preferably a girl who is not real, but you claim to know) and then if it spreads then you're done. :D

you really cant stop a rumor hun, but as long as it's not true and you can prove it then you're okay.. oont stress too much its going to die down.

Your in middle school dude, kids will call other kids gay for almost any reason. Honestly, and this isn't just you its everybody, but people don't give a flying sh1t about other people unless they are friends and family.

the easiest way to stop rumors, would be to just ignore them. If these girls know that they are getting your attention by saying shit about you, they will just keep doing it. Just trust that your good friends, and perhaps even that girl you like, will not be so shallow as to believe what is going around. Really, just ignore it, and this too shall pass. High school will be a blast if you don't let middle school ruin your life. It's too early for that. Best wishes :D

If you know the girl you like well enough to talk to her, just be like "Everyone thinks I like (other girls name) But I don't... Retarded rumors." And even if it does get bad to her, she would have already heard the truth from you. And the gay rumor... Um, lets see. Just ignore it. Sorry I don't have help about that:( Hope it helped!
