How do you take out headlights on a 90 acura integra LS?

Please help me on this. I got headlights and taillights from (Santa) for xmas and i cant figure out how to get the stock oem lights out so i can put the new ones in. i got the front blinker out just fine. so it is the Hi/ low beam and fog light that i need out. Please help
just ask if you need more details
Like i said it is a 1990 acura integra LS (DA)
