.... and how can you deal with gossips in the work force if Senior Management and Human Resources will do nothing about them?
We have this one lady at work and she's always passing along malicious bits of information - some true, some not so true - and stirring up all kinds of trouble at work, and everyone know it but nobody will do anything about it!
