How do you tar and feather someone?

Where do I get tar?
I have a CT scan that shows I have a brain, broadly speaking

You can probably order tar online nowadays.

Anyway, you heat up the tar until it's nice and hot--really hot--then you find the idiot you want to tar and feather, you throw the tar all over them and then you throw the feathers all over them.

ummmmmmmmmmmm well you poor hot tar on the person than throw feathers on them. PLEASE do not actually do this, they did this during the boston tea party and it really can kill people, if not kill, severely harm them. please do not be a dumb ass......
