How do you teach Dragonite Heal Bell?

I heard and read that you can teach heal bell to dragonite. But when I went on bulbapedia, I couldnt find heal bell in any of the moves it could learn (not by raising, tutoring, or even brreding). how do you teach it heal bell. anything I need to do?
 
You can only do this (legally) by obtaining it in Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness and transferring it over.
