I think developing countries need to knock head with first class countries to keep up to date and learn to develope new strategies to advance their countrys educational system.
For e.g. What if Obama was to do summits and other leaders or priministers would attend then you have a like a united world order.
Just like some developing countries has adapted free health care. Stephen Harper the priminister of Canada has strong association with Jamaica and ofcourse America. They meet to adapt strategies from successful countries.
I think the next step towards the advancement of developing countries is FREE EDUCATION. Developing countries has free education but only for colleges. There is allways a tuition fee but students are provided with assistant from the government or other private organisation. I know this cause i had work with one of these organisation at a high school. At college level students are expected to have the grade requirement to be elegible for student loan.
This would also open doors for third world countries. I know for a fact that most african countries has no free schoolong. The government takes absolutely no responsibility for the education of children. from elementary straight up to college there is no assistant.( no student loan)
Only people who can afford to will send their kids to school while the majority which is poor are forced to remain ignorant.
