I'm dead serious. I'm 18 years old and I don't know how to throw a ball. Or catch for that matter. And I have to play softball next weekend! There's something I'm not getting. Everyone says it's a natural movement. But I never learned as a child, due to some motor skills impairment. Now when someone tries to show me it's like, "you just throw it...". For me, throwing a ball is pushing it in the air. Conversely, it doesn't go very far and with much velocity. Thanks for your help. Please don't tell me to google it I have tried but theres something very basic and fundament that I am missing, and that these tutorials assume you already know.
