How do you uninstall micro trend surfing for mac completely from your computer.?

I uninstalled this program using all the usual steps, however, every time i start up my computer i still get a dialogue box prompting me to allow changes. I want this gone. Please help...thanks
I have OS Lion, if that makes a difference.
