The program does not work and whenever I start my computer up or try and open the program, I get the message 'the application has failed to start because sysenv.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix the problem'
I have tries reinstalling from the Acer website, but it says I have the most up to date version
I have also tried uninstalling using 'revo uninstaller' and even tried uninstalling in safe mode, but neither worked, I always get the same message 'error 1722 = there is an error with this windows installer package'
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
