how do you unlock or unfreeze a motorola pebl???

i can't push any buttons on it, i went on the website and it didn't help.. has anybody ever had that type of phone freeze on them and you got it to unfreeze?
 
Unfreeze is the term referred to Samsung.. What is the exact problem of your Motorola phone? Yup if it is network locked you cannot make full access until it get unlocked.. You can get your phone unlocked from any vendors online like SuperUnlockCodes.com .If it is some other problem try to hard reset it...
