How do you upload videos via Facebook for iPhone?

So I have some videos in my photo album on my iPhone. I wanna upload a video to Facebook.... But how do you do that? I know how to do photos... Just not videos.

the only i can say is try the facebook app, look around.
go to the app store and try and find a facebook video uploader.
there should be one, hopefully.
