Chinese....that will help I think)? I used Emule once...but deleted it cause I dont know how safe it is (limewire screwed up my computer before). But I think emule is more Asian then US. But anyway....I want to download this CD by a singer named Judy (chinese) but I'm not too sure what to do...The webiste is below.
