How does Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl do the natural makeup look?

Yeah, Leighton/Blair is like my role model and I was wondering how I could do the makeup she has on in this photo. http://www.flickr.com/photos/58832342@N02/5415059900/. And hair too is that would be great. Tutorials please :D
 
Skin:
You want to apply foundation, add blush right on the apples of your cheeks and blend!

Eyes:
A light natural, matte color all over your whole lid, then apply a darker brown to the outer corner and blend into the crease of your eye. And you could add the light color right under your eyebrow to highlight your eyebrow bone. Don't forget mascara, but I think you know how to apply that. :)

Lips:
A pinkish peach lipstain with chapstick applied on top

Hair:
Curl your hair in 2-3 inch sections with a thin barelled curling iron, then apply a light spritz of hairspray all over. After wards, get your hair dryer and blow dry til you have that naturally curled look. For extra, you could add root volumizer to your scalp before you blow dry and that will give you a little extra volume.

Oh! and don't forget the signature BW headband! :)
