How does Judaism view evolution?

I don't see why they would have a problem with it. The Jews that are on this site are by far more secure with their faith than many of the Christian communities that are here.

Jedi and Gus are correct. We are a very practical group of people and see no conflict between faith and science. G-d is the why, evolution/big bang etc etc is the how.

Very similarly to millions of Christian Catholics and Protestants: entirely or mostly in harmony with Biblical revelation or the principles of Judaism (depending upon what type of Judaism they embrace.)

They're diametrically opposed. The first and foremost belief of an orthodox jew is that there is one God who created all there is. So obviously, Judaism would view Darwinian Evolution as a man made idea and not in line with the truth.

I am too familiar with Judaism, However I am aware that there are several sects of Judaism and they do have difference in the interpretation of the Torah. So I would guess evolution would be interpreted as acceptable in one sect and rejected in another as well as agnostic on the issue of evolution in a third sect.

Most Jews tend to be educated, so they realize the creation story in the bible is not to be taken literally, and that evolution is a proven scientific fact.
