How does one abort a 6-week pregnancy?

For the sake of this question, I will say it is I that is pregnant. I am six weeks along, and I CAN NOT have this baby. I am a young adult, and I can barely afford to keep myself alive. I don't have anyone who would help me with this; my landlord would kick me out if he knew that I'm pregnant. I managed to secure a job a few weeks before I found out I'm pregnant, and I would be fired if they found out. I also don't have the money for or transportation to a clinic for an abortion.

I would want to keep this baby if I could afford it, but there is no way I can, so I need help in aborting it. There really is no talking me out of it because I have no other option, so please help me keep myself alive by letting me know how to end this pregnancy.
