How does one style their own hair to look like Esme's hair do in Twilight?

I need help getting her hair do.. I would like to have that classic 1940's wave but I really don't know how to do it? Any tips or websites would be nice! I have been wanting to do this hair do for about a year now and can't figure out how to do it! Thanks a lot! :)

Wash your hair at night, dry it, and get the biggest sponge rollers you can find. Then sleep with them in. When you wake up the next morning, take the rollers out and spritz your hair with water so the curls drop out a bit. Then separate the curls with your fingers, and spray on a bit of setting spray.

Similarly, you can get a round-barrelled brush and blow dry your hair, but after every section, leave the hairbrush in your hair (with the hair twisted round it) until it tries, and you'll have the exact wave you're looking for.

You could always take the picture to a hairdresser, and they'll be able to cut your hair into the right style and show you how to style it properly.
