...maximum CLA, ON Protein and Hydroxycut? Hello. I gained a couple of pounds, actually 15 my first year of college. I was 155 and went to like 170. I hated it and had an epiphany and ever since then I have been extremely health concious. My diet consists of a maximum of 2000 calories consumed, minimum of 600 calories burned at the gym through cardio and strength resistant training. I consume about over 100 ounces of water, over 40 grams of fiber, and 140 grams of protein, (1 gram per pound). I have had amazing results but I want to get rid of that little bit of body fat left to see my six pack. How effective can it be that I am taking CLA to rid the little body fat around my muscles, Hydroxycut to boost my metabolism curb my appetitie burn more calories, and protein to build more muscle. I have managed to get pretty toned but I want to have single digit body fat percentage and look really lean. I really want to know if this is effective. I have spent much time informing myself about healthy eating and living habits so please I want to know something I don't know. I dont want to sound rude like a jerk, Im a nice guy so please dont leave any comments saying just exercise your throwing your money away, Ive heard them before please I just need to know money is the least of my worries.
