I'm looking at a 1984 Mercedes-Benz 300 Class 300D. Dealer is asking $2995 and it has about 194k miles, but I'm curious about average repair costs and routine maintenance on a car that old. I've heard repairs on Mercedes can be pretty pricey. I haven't seen the car in person yet to know what kind of condition it is in (pictures look great, but you can only trust pictures for so far).
