How Far is The Bleach Manga from the Anime?

Chapters from last episode. Believe the last one was episode 342 or something. How many chapters away is it from the anime. No rude answers please. :/
 
umm Bleach anime is too boring to watch so i'm not gonna go look up 342, Tell me what happened last episode and i will update this, right now the Soul society and the full bringers are fighting and 1 by 1 the soul society is taking a sh*t on the full bringers.
 
The Bleach Manga is still in the Full Bring Arc and the anime is starting the Full Bring Arc today (October 11). Estimated, the manga is about 40-45 chapters into the Arc.
