how healthy would my dog be if she eats paper towel all the time?

she looks healthy, but i don't know how she is on the inside. on her last visit, the vet said that shes healthy, but he didn't really feel her belly. he did everything but that.
i always try to keep it out of her reach, but she goes right to the paper towel and eats it. sometimes you can see it in her poop, and she throws it up sometimes too.
 
You are not being responsible. Don't let her get paper towel it could cause a blockage and she could die
 
How about if you don't let her eat paper towels? They absorb water and can cause constipation or a blockage.
 
Why dont you put the paper towl where she cant reach it. Problem solved!
 
Errrr - yeah - move the paper towels out of reach. This could cause a serious blockage in her stomach.
