My boyfriend and I are thinking about adopting a puppy. We'd like a pit bull because they're cute and because there are so many abandoned at shelters that people are hesitant to rescue because of their bad rap.
What I'd like to know is how high-energy are they? My boyfriend plans on running with any dog we get a few times a week (weather permitting). Since w2e live in a 2 bedroom condo with a shared, fence-less yard I plan on bringing it to my mom's house to run around her fenced, one-acre-yard in the country a few times a week as well. I also plan on bringing it to work with me most days days of the week. Do you think this level of activity will keep it from becoming destructive?
