Ok to give you some background information, I tried out for my clubs elite team, but I got cut and I have been placed on one of the two second tier teams. On my team, I am the most talented attacking player by a country mile, and my defending has steadily improved.
At the beginning of the season, I have started most games, and I have been on attaking all the times we are a man up (5 a-side.) But in general, my team plays almost exactly equal playing time, and we usually have a small bench anyways. In the midseason talk with each player, my coach said that I wa VERY good attacking, and that I could improve defending, but it was getting better.
But since the beginning of the season, my coaches have been kind've hard on me, compared to everyone else. When I make a small mistake in practice he always corrects me, but he doesn't correct other players as often. He got really mad when I was getting frustrated with my teammates, but he doesn't say much when players were being selfish, or insisting on taking every free kick even though they miss. Also he never really says "great game" about me after the game, even though he says that about some of the weaker players who didn't even play well. Don't get me wrong either, my coaches are still very kind to me.
