99% of the time its not the "internet" it is your computer Unless your on 56k..Since I dont know anything about your comp I would say..clear off unused files/programs, Clear your cookies, run a disk cleanup and defragment and check for spy ware/viruses (trend micro is a good one)..If you do all that it might be your network or your comp.
