how i send files from my computer to my phone with bluetooth?

i have vista os and i can send files form my phone to my computer but i can't send files form my computer to my phone
i click with right click on the file and then select send to : bluetooth but is nothing happend when i send the same file again i have a message sey : thes file is already existing r u want to replace any body can help me ? Thanx
