Does anyone know how beer is transport from the place of manufacture to pubs, particularly lagers and ales. For example roughly what size kegs tend to be used (assuming that they're used at all..)?
Also how much beer does a pub tend to order at a time? (Average beer and average pub) I know this would depend on lots of different factors so i'd be grateful for very rough figure. If you could list your sources that would be great, cheers.
