existentialist? I am writing a paper for a very tough professor in which I am to compare the existentialist philosophies of Jean-Paul Sartre and Fyodor Dostoyevsky and argue that the Underground Man in Dostoyevsky's Notes From Underground either is or is not an existentialist in the "Sartre-ian" sense. I am supposed to be using an excerpt entitled "Existentialism" from Sartre's essay Existentialism and Human Emotions, but I doubt my professor would mind if I used some of Sartre's other work. I would really appreciate some help! Any advice or ideas will help. Thanks in advance. :)
