Ive always wanted to become a property developer. But never new how it worked because i always thought that you can only have one mortgage at a time, but that would take century's to make a portfolio.So the question im asking is how many buy to rent mortgages can a single person have at 1 time and how many are aloud etc, and any info i would need to know and would love to hear would be appreciated, thanks .
