The car is an automatic.  The engine is a remanufactured longblock.  I've replaced an engine once, but it was in a RWD car.  Is replacing an engine in this car easier or more difficult than an average swap?  Also, the point where the engine is removed seems like a great opportunity to perform any preventative maintenance.  What things could/should I replace (belts, hoses, etc.) at this time?  Thanks!Should I replace items such as the power steering pump or alternator, while the engine is removed?  The car has 135,000 miles and a new transmission.</blockquote>
