i looked it up on google but the conversions confuse me. I know, I know, I'm dumb. I'm terrible at math, please help, it's for part of a math problem I have for hw.

1 million = 10 lacs.

Therefore, 2 million gallons = 20,00,000 x 4.5 litres = 90,00,000 litres.
