How many more miles do you think I can realistically get out of a 04' Infiniti G35?

Im looking for a new car and came across one that looks interesting. It is a 2004 Infiniti g35 with 144,500 miles on it. Assuming all matinence has been kept up on the car; how many more miles can I realistically expect to get out of the car before encountering major mechanical issues? Thanks in advance for you answers.
 
I would say at least 60k miles because i had a camry 96 and from 120k to 180k it was running fine but you gotta take gopd care of it.
 
Most car problems develop as a direct or indirect result of neglect. If it has been looked after and if you continue to look after it, it will probably outlast you.
